Every year, the Hire A Hubby National Conference is a special opportunity to celebrate what makes our network so strong: experience, community, and an unshakable commitment to service.
This year, we gathered at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre alongside sister brand Green Acres to reflect on what we’ve achieved and look ahead to what’s next. With over 660 years of combined experience across our franchisees and support team, conference was a powerful reminder that when Kiwis need home handyman services, property maintenance near them, or renovation contractors they can trust, they know where to turn.
Building Community, Together
The theme this year was all about connection—being visible, engaged, and trusted in our local communities. That’s not just good business; it’s who we are. By teaming up with Green Acres again for a joint conference, we’ve strengthened bonds across both brands and shared valuable insights on how to better support customers across Aotearoa.
We were also privileged to host inspirational guest speakers, including Lauren Parsons and Luke Mathers, who ran practical workshops focused on stress management, resilience, and mindset—tools as vital as a hammer and drill in today’s business world.
