I bought my first fixer-upper in my early twenties and haven’t looked back since. With a love for woodworking passed down from my grandfather and father, it felt natural to transfer those hands-on skills into home improvement.
After a solid career in the printing industry, which I eventually owned, I decided to follow my passion and help others improve their homes, too. For nearly 10 years now, I’ve been working as a handyman, and I especially enjoy the building and renovation side of the job.
Fences, decks, small alterations, and bringing those changes to life with decorating are my favourite kinds of projects. While I keep up with modern materials and methods, I have a soft spot for character homes and I am currently restoring my own 110-year-old villa.
